Trama: Nel 1973 davanti alle sale americane dove si proiettava L'esorcista stazionava spesso un'ambulanza per i casi di malore. I tempi sono cambiati: qui siamo alla farsa involontaria con l'esorcista e Belzebù in una specie di western ospedaliero con ridicoli travasi di sangue. Blatty, premio Oscar per la sceneggiatura del 1° film, tratto dal suo romanzo Legion, si è assunto questa volta anche le responsabilità della regia.
