Trama: Mentre Jean, un conservatore, fa campagna per essere rieletto sindaco di una piccola città nel nord della Francia, Edith, sua moglie da 40 anni, gli rivela un segreto che non può più reprimere: in cuor suo, lei è - ed è sempre stato - un uomo.
