Trama: La statua di un capo indiano campeggia all'ingresso del drugstore di Roy e Martha Spurce. Quando il negozio viene assaltato da dei malviventi la statua si anima e fa giustizia. Due coppie in vacanza fuori stagione fanno il bagno in un lago e finiscono male. Al ritorno da un'avventura extra coniugale, una donna travolge con l'auto un autostoppista di colore, fugge via e continua a vivere nel rimorso. Seconda puntata di "Creepshow", ma la struttura (quella dell'album a fumetti) è identica alla prima. Lo spunto è offerto da racconti di Stephen King, la sceneggiatura è di Romero (regista del primo film), ma allora: perché questa volta non funziona?
